Katrina King
My name is Katrina King and I have over 13 years of professional real estate and administrative experience. I’ve obtained my reputation in the real estate industry through hard work, dedication and maintaining a relationship oriented approach to business, even after the completed transaction. I’m familiar with all county required area disclosures and real estate markets including distressed markets (Short Sales, Real Estate Owned).
I’ve worked as a Realtor, Real Estate Assistant, Office Administrator and Transaction Coordinator. I understand my clients individual needs by listening and getting to know them. Real Estate is my passion and I love the business. This past year, I’ve successfully closed over 300+ sale/80+ lease transactions and know the business extremely well.
I assisted over 580+ agents/teams within the Orange County and San Diego region at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. I love working in a fast paced environment and manage/maintain over 30 active transactions per month. I oversee all aspects of the sale and lease real estate transaction, from contract to close, from addendums to request for repairs. I assist and guide my agents/teams as a real estate mentor while learning and listening to the broker of record/general council. I have excellent communication, organizational skills and extensive knowledge of all the required broker disclosures for lease and sale transactions.
I obtained my Associates Degree and Certificate of Achievement in Business and Marketing from Saddleback College. I also received my Transaction Coordinator Certification from California Association of Realtors.
During my time off, I love to cook, walk my dog, Ziggy on local beaches and hiking trails. On some weekends, I love to drive to Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead or Joshua Tree.
